1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Singapore, and Thailand. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us.
2. How long does shipping take?

Express shipping: 2–5 business days (when available)
Please note that these timeframes do not include processing time (1–2 business days).
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. How do I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placing them, or before they ship. Email us at support@akyvo.com as soon as possible with your order number.
5. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns for unused items within 30 days of delivery. Used products cannot be returned unless defective. Please email us for return instructions.
6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

7. Can I return used products?
No. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used products unless they arrived defective or damaged.

9. What happens if my item is damaged or missing?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
